NLP will be explained in brief. Tina will demonstrate How to elicit, deeply held values beyond those we express more easily from our conscious mind. the course participants will have an opportunity to work in pairs to try this technique. once values are elicited, we will explore the concepts of away from and toward our values.
Participants will leave the session having discussed the application of this technique and tool with a script they can use in the future. on the occasions that it would be useful to do so. this course is useful for anybody working with clients who are making key decisions in their lives, also those with whom we are exploring limiting beliefs which may have an underpinning link to deeply held values.

Meet Tina Naldrett:
Tina has worked as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and General Nurse senior leader 40 years, in the NHS and Charitable Hospice Sector. She has been a senior fellow at Plymouth university and worked for the Royal College of Nursing developing nursing practice.
Tina works under The Devon Coach and is an NLP (Neuro linguistic Programming) Certified Coach , Practitioner and Time line Therapist. working with individuals and teams, Tina is an RGN, RMN, with an MSc in Health Care.
A Certified Family and Funeral Celebrant and a Certified Coach and NLP Practitioner. She believes that our values underpin our work and when we can align to the deepest, possibly unconscious values we live more contented lives and find it easier to access our own resources for any change we wish to make. She is drawn to helping others understand how to elicit our most deeply help values which can on occasion sit behind those we express with more ease.
